# Delete a Specific User Role

Delete/sys-rest-api/rest/1/sduserroles/3A0D2E2705CA51D5E0630B811DAC895F

The DELETE request removes an assigned role from a user based on the provided identifier. The request requires a unique identifier, VUUID (UroleVUuid), which represents the user role to be deleted.

**Important Information:** The user immediately loses access to all system privileges assigned to the role, depending on the system option setting. If the Privilege Setup Level is Role – the user will lose access to system privileges tied to that role. If the Privilege Setup Level is User, there is no change to system privileges.
