PO Change Order — Delete
Overview
Deletes a change order, identified by its unique identifier, together with all of its summary
lines.
Notes
Summary lines are removed first, then the header — the database does not cascade the
header delete, so this ordering is required to preserve referential integrity. The whole delete runs in a single transaction and is rolled back entirely if any step fails.
