PO Change Order — Get Master by UUID
Overview
Fetches a single change order header record by its unique identifier. No summary lines are
returned — use the combined header-and-lines lookup if both are needed.
Notes
- Returns a flat header JSON object (not wrapped in a
headerenvelope key).
