PO Change Order — Get Summary Line by UUID

Overview

Fetches a single change order summary line by its unique identifier. Use this when the
identifier is already known and only that one line is needed.

Notes

Returns a flat line JSON object (not wrapped in a lines envelope key).

Asset Management → Purchase Order → Change Orders → Enter Change Order

Finders

Not applicable — looks up a single record by POCS_V_UUID.
