PO Change Order — Get by UUID (Header + Lines)

Overview

Retrieves a single change order by its unique identifier, returning the change order header
together with all of its associated summary lines in one response.

Notes

Up to MAX_CHILD_LINES (1000) summary lines are returned per header; there is no pagination
on the lines array for this operation.
If no change order matches the supplied vuuid, a 404 is returned — the endpoint never
returns an empty header object.

Finders

Not applicable — this operation looks up a single record by POCOH_V_UUID and does not use a
named finder.
